Can you travel to my site, or do I need to bring samples to you?

We do both. For structural audits and non-destructive testing, we come to you. For detailed polymer analysis, samples usually come to our lab. We'll discuss logistics during your consultation.

What's your service area?

We serve all of Canada. Most projects are in Eastern Canada, but we've completed work in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and the Prairies. Travel is factored into project scope and cost.

How much does a structural audit cost?

Pricing depends entirely on scope—structure size, access, complexity, and testing depth. A simple facility might run $2,500–$5,000. Large or complex projects, $10,000–$25,000+. We provide detailed quotes after the initial consultation.

Do you accept rush projects?

Yes. Rush testing adds 25–35% to standard costs, but we can often deliver results within 5–7 business days. Contact us to discuss availability.

What payment terms do you offer?

Net 30 standard for established clients. We also accept credit cards and can arrange payment plans for larger projects. Discuss your preferences when we confirm scope.
